Part One
2 c all purpose flour
1T ginger
2 t baking soda
1 t cinnamon
1 t cloves
1/2t salt
Part Two
3/4 c shortening
1 c sugar
1 egg
1/4 c molasses
1 c raisins
Mix separately part one and part two then combine and add the raisins. Roll balls in sugar.
Press flat with a fork dipped in water.
Bake 375 for 10 min.
